We invest in preparation before we promise people. We screen before we deploy. We stay reachable after they start. It is slower than the industry average, and that is deliberate.
About Apex Workers
How we make decisions
We would rather take fewer orders we can do well than a large flow in which the individual gets lost. If an employer or the conditions cannot be verified, we do not take on the destination.
We do not charge workers for placement. That is a basic rule and it does not change by destination.
What we promise clients and workers
To an employer we promise people who turn up for the shift, documents in order and one contact person instead of correspondence with several departments.
To a worker we promise honestly described conditions before departure and a response if something is wrong on site. We will not tell you everything is fine when it is not.
