How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection No. 2297-VI and other applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Through the forms on this site you provide your name or company name, phone number, email if you choose to give one, and the details you enter yourself: industry, region, experience, languages, field of study, message text.
Technical data is collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source. It comes from server logs, the Google tag (AW-18394841856) and the Facebook Pixel from Meta.
We do not collect health, religious or political data and never ask you to send it.
To answer your request, match staff or a vacancy, agree terms of cooperation and perform a services agreement.
To send you service messages about your request, including confirmation that we received it.
To measure advertising performance and improve the website in aggregate form.
The main basis is your consent, given when you submit a form. Each form links directly to this Policy, so sending a request means you have read the processing terms.
Additional bases are the performance of a contract you are party to and compliance with our statutory obligations.
Employers and partners involved in placement, when that is the purpose of your request, and only to the extent needed to consider your application.
Service providers: website hosting, database, email delivery, Google analytics. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.
State authorities, where Ukrainian law expressly requires it.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for third party marketing.
The site uses two advertising services: the Google tag (AW-18394841856) and the Facebook Pixel from Meta (identifier 1654038452822283). They show which campaign a visitor came from and whether a form was completed.
These services may receive your IP address, device and browser data and the pages you viewed. We do not send them your name, phone number or message text.
For visitors from countries where advertising cookies require consent, these services switch on only after you accept cookies in the banner. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the bottom bar of the site.
We work with employers in Ukraine, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. If your request concerns work abroad, your data may be passed to a prospective employer in the relevant country.
Such transfers happen only with your consent and only to the extent needed to assess your application. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Requests that do not lead to cooperation are kept for up to three years and then deleted or anonymised.
Data linked to signed agreements is kept for the retention period set by law for those documents.
If you ask us to delete your data earlier we will do so, unless retention is a legal obligation.
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only authorised staff who need the data for their work can open submissions, and every access is password protected.
Data is stored in a secured database with row level access rules and regular backups.
Article 8 of the Law On Personal Data Protection gives you the right to know who controls your data and where it is held, to receive information about access conditions, to obtain a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion or restriction of processing, to withdraw consent, to object to processing and to defend your rights in court.
You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who supervises compliance with data protection law.

We reply within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. If we need to verify your identity we will tell you separately.
The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
New versions are published on this page with the date of the update. Please review it before sending a new request.
