Ukraine
Our Kyiv office runs recruitment across the country and handles personnel paperwork. Here we cover the needs of Ukrainian clients and prepare workers travelling abroad.
Local presence means documents, interviews and checks happen with no intermediary between us and the candidate.
Europe
In Europe we work in construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality and care. The hard part here is not finding people but permits and timelines, so we plan the start well in advance.
Each country has its own rules on work permits, registration and minimum conditions. We account for them before signing, not after.
UAE and Saudi Arabia
In the Gulf, demand concentrates in construction, hospitality, retail and logistics. Work there almost always comes with employer provided housing and transport, and we put those conditions in writing.
We pay particular attention to conditions on site matching what was promised. For a candidate that is the main risk and we treat it seriously.
How we choose where to send people
We do not take on a destination if we cannot verify the employer and the conditions. Turning down an order is easier than dealing with the consequences on site.
