More about this field

Who we place in logistics

Warehouse work lives on speed and accuracy. We fill order pickers, packers, goods receiving staff, forklift and reach truck drivers, and distribution centre teams.

We clarify the warehouse type and the stock system. Cold storage, high racking and a plain dry warehouse are different conditions and different people.

For shift work we add a team leader who keeps the pace and settles small issues on the spot instead of escalating every situation to you.

Vetting and documents

For equipment drivers we check valid licences and hands on experience with the exact machine type. For pickers we look at stamina, accuracy and experience with scanners and stock systems.

We handle the HR paperwork ourselves: employment documents, medical checks, safety briefings and a work permit where needed.

How long the start takes

Line warehouse staff start quickly. Equipment drivers take longer because licences and practice have to be verified.

Before a peak season we recommend starting early and bringing people in waves, so they have time to train on your own site.

How the cost is built

The rate covers wages, taxes and contributions, documents, transport and accommodation where required, and administration.

Roster, night shifts and equipment requirements move the price. Long contracts almost always give a better hourly rate than short peak orders.

What working with us looks like

You describe the warehouse, the volumes and the roster. We bring people in, keep timesheets and hold a reserve for no shows.

Your warehouse manager gets one contact on our side for everything: replacements, document renewals and changes in volume.
