More about this field

Who we place in care work

This is a field where qualification and character weigh the same. We place elderly care staff, assistants in residential homes and facilities, and staff who support patients under the supervision of a medical professional.

We look at relevant training, experience with people of limited mobility, knowledge of hygiene procedures and the ability to stay calm in difficult moments.

Language is not a formality here. A carer must understand what a patient and a family ask for, so we test language level ourselves instead of taking it on trust.

Vetting, documents and ethics

We check qualification records, medical clearance and the absence of any bar to working with vulnerable people. For this field we always take references from previous employers.

We handle employment and permit paperwork ourselves: contracts, medical checks, briefings and, where needed, a work permit and registration of stay. The facility receives a complete file for every worker.

How long the start takes

Care recruitment takes longer than warehouse or line roles, because we do not rush a person others will trust with their health. We prefer fewer candidates of higher quality.

We plan the start so a new carer shares shifts with a mentor and gradually takes on the full set of duties.

How the cost is built

The rate covers wages, taxes and contributions, documents and medical checks, accommodation where the facility provides it, and administration on our side.

Night shifts, weekend work and higher dependency care affect the rate. We fix that in the calculation before the work begins.

What working with us looks like

You describe the resident or patient profile, the roster and the requirements. We come back with candidates, documents and a start plan.

After the start we stay in contact with your shift lead, collect feedback in the first weeks and act quickly if a person does not fit the profile of the facility.
