More about this field

Who we place in manufacturing

Production sites ask for two kinds of people: narrow specialists and steady line staff. The first group covers MIG, TIG and arc welders, fitters, CNC operators, turners and press operators. The second covers line operators, packers and support staff.

We clarify the operation, not just the job title. A welder used to thin sheet metal and a pipeline welder are different people, and the difference shows on the floor from day one.

Where it helps we add a shift leader who keeps discipline and speaks directly with your production manager.

Skills testing and documents

For technical trades we check practice, not only certificates. That can mean a test task, a welding sample or an interview with your process engineer before anything is signed.

In parallel we prepare the HR package: employment documents, medical checks, safety briefings and a work permit where needed. We keep it in order and produce it on request during an audit or inspection.

How long the start takes

Line staff usually start sooner because the proof of skill is simpler. Narrow trades need more time for testing and sometimes for permit procedures.

If you have a seasonal peak or a new order, tell us early. With a month of lead time we bring people in evenly instead of one risky wave in the final week.

How the cost is built

The rate includes wages, taxes and contributions, documents and medical checks, transport and accommodation where required, and administration on our side. We do not fold that into one unexplained figure.

Qualification and schedule change the price noticeably. Night shifts, weekend work and higher certification requirements add to the rate, and we say so before the start rather than in the first invoice.

What working with us looks like

After the briefing you get a proposed team, a start schedule and a clear list of what we take on. Then comes sourcing, vetting, paperwork and the first shift.

We stay involved after the start: we track attendance, keep timesheets, replace people who cannot hold the pace and renew documents on time.
